Senator Ryan will be joined by Assembly Member Karen McMahon. Opportunity for advocates of all types of libraries to meet with their state representatives to convey the need to support increases in library funding in the 2024 NYS budget negotiations, framing discussions in the context of "fund, protect, empower" libraries.
