Event Description:

PLEASE NOTE: This is now offered as a virtual event.

In an age where digital collections are increasing in size and use, all library staff who assist patrons should understand how to access eBooks and other forms of digital media. Join us for a virtual workshop where we explore how to use Hoopla and Libby, two of the most popular apps used by libraries to provide digital collections to patrons. This introductory program is perfect for any staff member new to working in libraries or who would like to become a more confident user of Libby and/or Hoopla. With the knowledge provided, library staff will be better equipped to help patrons use the same apps to access their collections. This program is sponsored by the Western NY Library Support Staff Committee.

Remember to have your library card number ready so you can follow along! This session will be recorded and made available to all registrants.
