Grant Information
The Immersive Experiences Action Grant is offered by WNYLRC for 2022-23 to assist members in purchasing digital photography equipment and creating photographic collections of historic or cultural significance to New York State and Western New York. WNYLRC provides and facilitates access to the Empire State Immersive Experiences (ESIE) database containing 360-degree panoramic photographs of historic and significant places. To facilitate members in the creation of their own panorama, we offer the this grant opportunity. Members are eligible for a single grant of up to $750 to purchase a 360-degree camera and associated equipment that they will use to create a panorama project for upload into ESIE.
This grant will run from mid-October 2022 to June 2023 or until funds are exhausted. We have up to FOUR slots available for this fiscal year.

Application Instructions
Grants will be evaluated on an ongoing monthly basis. The deadline for submission is the LAST FRIDAY of each month. Notifications of receipt will be sent, and awardees will be notified three weeks after each deadline. The dates for final submission this year are: October 28, November 25, December 30, January 27, February 24, and March 24. Grant awards will continue until June OR until grant funds are exhausted.
